Terrain issues P3D v5

Have you tried adjusting your Mesh settings?

I did, curently it's on 2m.

I did reinstall a couple of times, no change, trying differs ent mesh setting, same issue. Any ideas what else I might try? Thnx

Not at the moment, when we have something we will let you know. Something I cannot duplicate on my end. I too have a fresh v5 install and see no such bulging area.

Hi I also am having the same issue with random terrain poping up in v5

I am still looking into the issue. Unfortunately I have yet to see anything resulting in what Johnny mentioned. I have tried numerous things and cannot duplicate it. Again, another one of these random mysteries that effects 2-3 people out of our entire customer base makes it extremely difficult to track down.

I would not say that just yet. I am still messing around with it and if I find something we will figure out what to do to correct it.

Just very hard when it is only a few people out of all who own the scenery. No different than MSP or DEN or any of the other scenery, just one or two people seem to have issues where as the rest seem to have none at all.

Just takes a little longer than normal.

We will figure it out.

@Johnny, is this still an issue? You have not been back to report anything in over a month. You are the only reported person with this Table Top looking thing since the release of v5. There are other reports of terrain issues but not like yours. I believe the others are ORBX based and will be easily fixed.

Please report back if you have this resolved.

I am having an identical issue as the OP, with the terrain abnormalities in the exact same spots as in the pictures. I do not have any ORBX products installed. The only other scenery I have installed is KPDX from FlightBeam. This is on P3Dv5 HF2. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the scenery, double checked the terrain settings, pretty much everything I could try. Any assistance would be appreciated.
