Mod Conflict - Runway Textures

Post by JEP795 » Tue Sep 14, 2021 6:47 pm

Hi!

I already advised verticalsim as I’m not sure who needs to issue the fix, but their Norfolk scenery is causing a texture issue with the rubber and tire markings on all the KIAD runways. Essentially, it looks like a bunch of dirt mixed with mud and some grass on the runway centerlines.

I can not confirm whether or not this happens at other Flightbeam airports, but it’s possible if they’re sharing similar files with the KIAD runway textures.

I have been able to fix it by removing their scenery from the community folder in the meantime.

Thanks!

Do you purchase KIAD via the MSFS Marketplace? I issued a patch last week to avoid issues like this. The patch is live for Flightbeam customers, but if you purchased via the Marketplace, it will be a few weeks wait.

Ah yes, thank you Mir. I'll have to wait for the update to come out on the marketplace.

Regards!
